Day Cruise & Sunset Cruise Weather Cancellation:
If a cruise is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will receive a 100% refund or may reschedule their cruise, subject to availability.
Sailing Edisa reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for safety reasons in case of adverse weather.
Guest Cancellation:
Full refund: Cancel up to 72 hours (3 days) before departure.
50% refund: Cancel between 48–72 hours (2–3 days) before departure.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows.
Multi-Island Hopping Cruises (Private Charter)
More than 30 days before departure:
Full refund of all payments made minus the first installment (30% deposit).
Less than 30 days before departure:
100% of the total charter fee is retained (no refund).
